I was born and raised in Lebanon, PA, and completed my education at Cedar Crest High School in 2014. At the age of 12, I tragically lost my mother due to complications from a bariatric weight loss surgery. This heartbreak ignited a passion to learn as much as I could about the field of strength training.

In pursuit of my passion, I enrolled at Florida Atlantic University, where I graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Throughout my college journey, I had the opportunity to train at various performance facilities, where I honed my skills and expertise while working with elite youth and professional athletes in South Florida.

This experience served as a catalyst, inspiring me to give back to my community in Lebanon. Driven by a desire to support and empower local student athletes, I decided to establish my own Strength and Conditioning facility in my hometown. My ultimate goal is to provide a safe environment where young athletes can thrive and unlock their full potential, just as I did on my journey.

By opening this facility, I hope to make a positive impact on the lives of aspiring athletes, helping them achieve their dreams and create a legacy of resilience, determination, and success within our community.

At our strength and conditioning facility, our coaching philosophy revolves around empowering student athletes to achieve their highest potential both on and off the field. We firmly believe that athletic success is not solely determined by physical prowess but is equally shaped by mental fortitude, discipline, and teamwork.

Goal-Oriented Training: We work closely with student athletes to establish clear and attainable goals. Whether it’s improving performance in a specific sport or achieving personal fitness milestones, our coaches design customized plans to support each athlete’s journey towards excellence.

Skill Mastery: While physical attributes are essential, we emphasize the importance of mastering fundamental skills. We believe that a solid foundation forms the basis for future success, allowing student athletes to thrive in their chosen sports and beyond.

Character Building: Our coaching philosophy extends beyond the field, aiming to instill valuable life skills such as perseverance, resilience, leadership, and sportsmanship. We strive to shape well-rounded individuals who not only excel in their athletic endeavors but also contribute positively to their communities.

Injury Prevention: We prioritize the health and safety of our student athletes by implementing comprehensive injury prevention strategies. Proper warm-up routines, cool-down exercises, and education on proper technique contribute to a reduced risk of injuries.

Progress Monitoring: Regular assessments and progress tracking are essential components of our coaching philosophy. We continuously monitor each athlete’s development, adjusting training plans as needed to ensure steady improvement.

Teamwork and Communication: Effective communication is vital, not only between coaches and athletes but also among teammates. We emphasize the significance of teamwork, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances camaraderie and mutual support.
